Hey, BP Fam! Here’s a two-question post:

1. What systems have you put into place that you couldn’t imagine your real estate investing life without? Whether it relates to deal finding, managing a rehab, structuring a partnership, etc. I’d love to hear it! 

2. Specifically for those who are or have managed their own properties, what systems have you put into place that you couldn’t imagine managing your properties without?
