Latest Multifamily Rent Payment Numbers

Rent payments for multifamily tenants: the orange shows payments by the 6th of the month; grey is by the 20th; black is by the end of the month. So, it ranges from 80% on-time to almost 95% up to 30 days late. Not too bad. Could be better, could be retail/hospitality/office!
