In the case of an order of protection/ domestic dispute i have had tenants get a law enforcement escort to retrieve their stuff if it was that bad. Not sure how that worked.  Just know they notified the person still in the rental and the cops  were there when the property was retrieved. 

If she is still on lease she still has right to access so based on your question i assume you took her off lease.
