Newbie here - lease infringement?

Hi all, I've never posted but have been a member here "studying" for some time. Thanks to you guys and this site, I've had the courage and discipline to close on my first rental property!

That being said, I'm currently drafting a new lease and have used the standard Georgia realtors association form (F40). I have changed some of the clauses and verbage but much of the lease remains intact. I'm not using the standard form so I also removed the copyright information. Would this be considered copyright infringement? Where is the line between my own creation and a plagiarised form?

I'm looking for quick advice here before I go pay an attorney an arm and a leg for 5 minutes of chit chat.
