Rentals - Brand New Investor Getting Rid of Current Rentors
I am just starting off in real estate investing. I currently have an new airBnB and this would be my first rental property. I also work a night job, and am a realtor. This triplex would allow me to go full time with real estate, but I am concerned about getting the long term tenants out and what problems I might come up against. The area is in an up and coming neighborhood, but is still in a rough neighborhood. I have run the numbers, and after rehab the property two units should pay for the mortgage. Once I move out of the complex I should make a 10% return. Is there any advice that more seasoned investors could give me? What am I missing?
