Foundation Jacking Quote - Rip Off?

Hello everyone,

Hope you're all doing well & staying safe. I'm curious what your thoughts are on this foundation jacking quote I received. In looking through Bigger Pockets & other resources on the web; it appears this estimator is attempting to take me to the cleaners, but I'd love to hear from any of you who have more experience with this sort of thing.  I've noticed prices/push pier installed quoted around $750-$850/ pier here on BP, not the $1850/ pier I was quoted.

I've also found single story homes with a slab on grade reported as requiring a pier every 8', not the 6' I was quoted on another repair company's site (so still an interested party's opinion, but still more reasonable by 25% given spacing).  The good news is there are two other companies that service my area & though I'm still awaiting more quotes figured I'd check in with the experts here to see what you all think.  Elevation report & Quote are below.  This is all new to me, so I'm going everywhere I can to figure it all out & make sure whatever decision I make is well informed.  Thanks in advance for any thoughts, ideas, or feed back!
