What would you say are your top 5 components of your business that have made you successful?

I might have the opportunity to bring someone onto my team fulltime. If done right this could give us the opportunity to scale faster. I want to put together a proposal for them. I'm brainstorming and curious if there are some other creative ideas/components I have not considered.
