Would you rent to someone who was homeless?

What the title says. There are programs that offer this kind of service and I'm considering doing it but have no idea where to ask for help or advice. What would be your main concerns? Would anything make you say yes absolutely I'll do this?

Totally off the record, but no.  In Portland, we have a couple of non-profits that do this.

From experience, not so much the tenant as it is them telling their homeless (or is it unhoused now?) buddies, "Hey, got a place you can crash at now"

I guess if the sponsor is willing to give you a HUGE security deposit or some kind of bond, OK.  Otherwise, think its a high-risk proposition.
