Large houses as rentals

We are considering making our 5 bd, 2.5 bath primary residence a rental property. The house is 2150 sq ft. I’m wondering if this large of a home will be difficult to rent because it will be in a higher price zone than a typical 3/2. And there will obviously be a smaller group of people wanting a 5 bedroom house. If anyone has experience with this and would like to share, I would appreciate it!!

Thank you
