Lease transition from seller to buyer on owner occupied duplex.

I am curious what exposure I will have, or rather, how best to handle, the transition from sellers lease to one of my own for existing tenants in a duplex I'm buying?

They have been there for almost 15yrs (three landlords if I include myself) and have been on a month to month lease for the last 4yrs.

I have set up a lease on the Avail system and added a few things from the old lease that I liked, so hoping I can send them a link.
