Top three types of calls you get from your tenants
What are the top three (or more if you're willing to share) types (regarding subject matter, i.e. water leak, A/C broken, etc.) of phone calls you get from your tenants?

I once had a tenant call in winter and tell me that "it's 27 degrees in my house!"
I said, "27 degrees? Can you see your breath while you're talking to me?"
She said, "No. But my feet be cold."
I told her to turn the water faucets on and let them trickle so the pipes don't freeze. I was in the area, so I went to the house. When I walked in, I couldn't believe how warm it was. As it turns out, the thermostat had somehow gone from Farenheit to Celcius. Twenty-seven degrees celcius is actually 80.6 degrees. This was cooler than she liked and her feet were cold. She must have really been concerned with the pipes freezing in the balmy temperature because every faucet in the house was wide open.
I soon after had the thermostat changed from digital to mechanical to make it idiot proof.
