Llc in property state or home state?
I live in upstate New York and have six single-family rental houses there in 2 llc's. I am going to Florida the second week of November to look at and hopefully buy a condo. It will be some family use but mostly for rental and to make my February trip to Florida a business deduction. Should I open another LLC in New York to place the condo into or should I form an LLC in Florida and pay for a registered agent?
