Michigan Insurance Needed on Detroit Apartment Buildings

I need affordable insurance for General Liability, Property and Umbrella for several apartment buildings. Current loans are Freddie Mac which is making the the current rates outrageous. Any suggestions or ideas? Can I hear from any insurance brokers who know how to deal with Freddie Mac loans and can still keep the cost down? Anyone else in this position to give me ideas?
