Ceiling Leak Caused by Tub Water
Hey BP Landlords,
Tenant reported a bad ceiling leak , which according to PM was caused by the water falling through between the vanity and the tub.
Maintenance crew suggested installing a waterproof wall between vanity and tub, which to me seems a bit awkward and not super "user-friendly".
Any suggestions or creative solutions (but affordable ) to stop the water ? Much appreciated !
