@Alex Cortes most of Lehigh is going to be great for rental property investment, as long as you know which areas to avoid, which to focus in, and you can buy at the right price. From what I've seen recently, most of the prices have been fairly indicative of the rental potential. Because of this, we're seeing the highest prices in the South and Southeastern sides of Lehigh, but accompanied by the highest rental demand and prices. Let me know if there's any other questions I can answer for you!

@Amol Kulkarni Focusing on the Southwest corner of Lehigh near Westminster is where you're going to retain the highest rental demand, lowest vacancies, and highest rental rate. Feel free to message me if you have any other questions about the area!

@Amol Kulkarni I can, but keep in mind there's parts of each of these that I would focus on, and parts that should still be avoided, which is why I didn't mention them originally. However, the zip codes that do have beneficial investment areas within them are 33971, 33973, 33974, and 33976.
