Rent collecting app or site for 3-unit office.

Hi,

I'm closing on a 3 unit office building in a few days. I'm looking for a website or app that will allow me to collect rent and store leases such as Cozy.co (now Apartments.com). I use apartments.com for my single family rental and it meets my needs perfectly. Have any of you used apartments.com for office rental management? 

I currently only have 1 SFH and a 3-unit office so my portfolio is pretty small.
