Tenant seeking rent assistance through Leaven.

Good afternoon, I have a question regarding a tenant needing financial assistance to pay November rent. The tenant is applying for assistance through Leaven, which requires my approval for them to be accepted.

Has anyone been in this situation or had a tenant utilizing financial assistance such as Leaven? If so, what is the best course of action?
