Hello everyone, this is a question regarding a situation my partner is dealing with at a property he is managing. Thanks in advance for any help.

I have a question regarding a tenant needing financial assistance to pay November rent. The tenant is applying for assistance through Leaven, which requires my approval for them to be accepted.

Has anyone been in this situation or had a tenant utilizing financial assistance such as Leaven? If so, what is the best course of action?
