Seeking Contractor in Moon PA, 15108

Hi all, I have a rental duplex in Moon PA (15108) currently rented one side has my son in it and the other has a tenant. I am looking to get advice and pricing on getting this updated to current "flip" standards (Kitchen, Bath, Exterior etc). I live in San Diego. 

Question is: What is the best way to find a general contractor to take on, price, make suggestions for the entire project in a zip code where I am not there to let him know what I need done?  My son is there so he can keep an eye on the project and work being done but I need someone to just bid out the entire project for me.
