On average , how much are you guys paying for landlord insurance / dwelling policies ? Who’s your carrier ?

@Erica J. it varies so much by property type, construction and geographic area for data to be comparable. I pay 4200 annually for a 12 unit and only 650 for a sfr and the coverage, values and area are almost the same. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
