Landlord Maintenance Requests - Fitchburg, MA / Central MA

Does anyone have a reliable maintenance guy or company that they use for requests from tenants? I currently have 15 units and I'm looking to essentially pass off the maintenance requests, while still controlling the rent collection / tenant screening / etc. 

Any insight or information is greatly appreciated!
