Help making my next move, The Duplex.

Long story short, just looking for some advice from my bigger pockets family. I am a rather new investor and i  currently own a duplex in what i would consider a more expensive market 250+, (I know there are more expensive markets out there but this felt expensive for my tastes with little equity) My duplex currently rents out on one side which covers a large percentage of the mortgage and i am house hacking on the other side. My question is should i consider selling this property for a less expensive one for better cash flow, or keep this property, buy another one and try renting out the side i am house hacking on? My concern is that since the mortgage is higher it may not cash flow well.
