Small Multi-Family Markets

Hey BP family!

I'm interested to hear everyone's opinion and recommendations on which Real Estate market offers a lot of small multi-family properties (2-4 units) !? My budget is between 50K to 150K.

I'm a fan of the small multi-fam space and already own one in Canada. I'm looking to expand my multi-family portfolio in the USA but haven't decided which market to pick.

Cheers,

If you're looking for smaller multis/value adds in that budget I'd take a look at the Philly area, specifically Delaware and Montgomery county. Have sold many multis in the past couple months that fit that budget.
