Gary R Uren
Posted

Looking To get a spreadsheet to track profit and loss for a rental.  Is there one designed for that or should I hire someone to make it?

Most of my clients track it themselves. It's not complex by any means, assuming you have less than 10 properties. Some property management companies might even offer it.
