Property HandyMan Agreement
Hello BiggerPockets Community,
My name is Patrick and I would like to introduce myself to yall and post my first question!
I am a new Real Estate investor who is looking to buy multifamily houses in the Western New York within the next year.
My question for the group is regarding having a Handyman On-Call and how to develop an agreement for there services.
To provide some context, While reading some Real-Estate investment books, I understand the value of "sweet equity" but also at the same time know I don't know everything, and won't know how to respond to a major issue at 2am. That being said, how have people worked to have a on-call Handyman for there properties and what type of agreements for there service's have you established. Thanks!
