Need help about Asbestos

Found a leak in the bathroom ceiling and decided to investigate before calling someone then started to wonder if my drywall may contain asbestos. Anyone have any experience with asbestos in their drywall? home was built in 1977 and is 1750sqft. What kind of costs could I possibly be facing?
