House Hacking - Analysis Tool?

Hi! Does anyone have an analysis tool for house hacking? I know BP has a rental property analysis tool, but I'm looking specifically for a house hacking analyzer. Its my understanding that in an ideal house hack, you pay nothing at all - no mortgage, and no other monthly expense (ie. utilities, etc.) In another scenario, maybe you don't pay a mortgage, but you do pay expenses. And finally, maybe you do pay a partial mortgage and expenses. Looking for a calculator which would be able to produce results for the different scenarios. Thanks!
