Special Value for Type of Tenant

Newbie/aspiring landlord question: For you established landlords, is there significant value in landing a "quality" tenant? i.e. if you had a class A or B SFH would you be willing to give a small break on rent or pay a special listing fee to have a tenant with a stable, high-paying job? Thinking about offering a small discount to professionals (lawyers, docs, etc) for newly renovated property as that type of tenant may be more stable? Interested to hear your thoughts!
