Leasing residential directly to hospitals/medical schools

Hello all!

Wondering if folks have experience leasing directly to hospitals and/or medical schools. I know hospitals often have traveling staff, and that medical schools often provide housing for students placed in teaching hospitals. 

Any insight is greatly appreciated! I guess one of the big pieces I’m trying to figure out is which person (job title) I should be reaching out to in order to gauge interest.
