Ohio Property Taxes?
Hi All,
I own a few Buy & Holds in Upstate New York and am looking to expand into a more landlord-friendly state. I've heard great things about Ohio and the Midwest in general. I also see certain cities like Columbus have had a decent amount of appreciation within the past couple of years. I'm decently familiar with the Cincinnati and Dayton markets, but am open to investing anywhere in the state where the numbers make sense.
The only thing I'm not too certain about is property taxes, as they can vary quite a bit throughout the state. So I'm curious what are some good areas for investing in Buy & Holds with decent appreciation and reasonable property taxes?
If anyone can share some of their numbers so I can get a better idea of what I would be looking at, that would be great!
Thanks

@Akshay Vig another thing to consider in Ohio is the new Security Deposit law passed in Cincinnati. Not sure if you are considering the Queen City, but I thought this article would be helpful.
