Seeking Mentor to shadow and learn from

Hey everyone! I live in Las Vegas and I’m just getting into the basics of investing in rental properties. I’ve been reading and researching in my spare time to gain some knowledge about the business. I’d like to find someone trustworthy in the area that I can shadow and learn from through first hand experience. I’m especially interested in buy and hold rental properties, but would be interested in gaining some knowledge about flipping as well.
