How to develope raw land to become rental property?
I can buy super cheap lots of land close to a large body of water. The area is a SMALL community and has potential to be a vacation area for family's. If I built cabins in the area I know I could make a killing. All the land is newely zoned and has city water, electric and sewer. What should I do to go about making this happen? Do I just contact a builder and tell them to start developing the land and get an architect to draw up cabin plans?
