2% Rule or 7% return
Hey Everyone
Very new to real estate investing and I'm learning about the 2% rule. I've been looking at my properties in the sense of hitting that 7% CoC ROI or more. It seems I can hit the 7% return but not the 2% rule here in Charleston, SC. Does anyone have any insight on This?

You can find deals out there still that meet the 2% rule, but it will take patience and lots of screening your market for every deal that comes for sale each week.
