Has anyone been presented with the affidavit required by the CDC?
The CDC eviction moratorium is likely unlawful and certainly over reaching in my opinion but I'm wondering how many of you have actually received a valid affidavit preventing you from evicting them for non payment. And, if so, do you feel they have a legitimate hardship or are gaming the system?
