I have a tenant requesting a handicap ramp installed at a sfr. My understanding is the landlord isn’t financially responsible. Has anyone dealt with an issue of this sort and how did you handle the situation?

@Anthony Hawkins it would be the tenants responsibility to pay and install the ramp. Any modifications for their disability is at their expense, but you must allow them to do this, but not on your nickel.
after they vacate, you can also ask them to return items back to original condition, but only if it impedes on the habitability for a new resident
