I currently have a five bedroom house, on contract. How would you go about renting by the room? Is their any kind of special lease? Best way to advertise? If anyone is in the Jefferson County, AL Birmingham area have they had success with it? Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Good luck to all on their real estate journey!
