Couple with delinquencies or a guy with out of country employment

Hi guys,

I need your advice please.
I am trying to rent out one of my rentals and it is $500 per month ,  1b/1bath house.

I have a couple of tenants who I run a credit report on and here is what Ive found:

1) A Millennial couple who just moved out of state. The guy has delinquency with student loans, he said as soon as the company opens from coronavirus he will sort it out. His tax return for 2019 shows 20K income from another state.He has been in his new job in this state for 1 month, and sent me a paystub showing $800 biweekly payment from his job (that he had for one month). So monthly income is $1600.

His girlfriend has 3 delinquencies on her credit report, including one medical bill. Her tax report for 2019 shows 19K in income. I have not received her paystub from her current job in this state, but the boyfriend says she makes about 19K per year in her new job as well.

Both are college students and going for a bachelors degree.And both would want to stay longer than one year. 

2) Single guy-traveler. He wants a lease for one year only because he likes to travel from place to place. He is on social security and makes 1K per month from that but also he states he teaches English in some Africa country and makes 3K per month there as well. His tax return shows 24K in income. I did not really ask for his paystubb since its out of country, I am not calling some African country to verify his employment

He is currently leasing another place and intending to get out of his current lease. Because his landlord, who leaves near by, is mad at him because something happened to her flowers. Not sure if he did not take care of the lawn and her daisies died or whatever. Also, he likes to play drums, so I think it might be an issue with my neighbors...

What is your opinion? Who would you pick?
