Are there any laws limiting a landlord from renting out each bedroom separately in a single family home?

Hi Caleb, I live in Kansas and yes, I believe landlords do rent by the room in my area. A few of my friends are rent-by-the-room tenants so, as far as I know, there are no laws prohibiting such!
