I would like to expand my portfolio of rental estate properties ( 3 multi unit + 2 condos & primary residence) ( 1 condo & 1 multi unit= paid off) (2 multi ,1 condo + primary residence= still w/ mortgage). The problem I was told is I'm maxed out with four mortgages. Is their any way I can get equity for the multi unit that is already paid off. Property if worth 350k.
