CA Breach of Contract/Early Termination paragraph (painting) - Within this paragraph, painting cost related to the preparation of the property to re-rent is listed as a recoverable item.

Can I recover the cost of painting since it is related to the breach of contract?

Normally, cost of painting is part of the general wear and tear of the property and not recoverable.
