hi I'm new here!

I have been renting my house to my in-laws and things have been going great. My neighbor has mention wanting to sell their property by the end on the month, I am actually going to go look and if everything is good make an offer! I didn't know what laws I need to know apecifically and where to read them (I think there was the landlord tenant laws, fair housing, ect i just don't want to miss anything and where is a good place to find the whole code to read)
