Looking for a realtor in touch with those specific areas that I can potential get to look over those places. I currently live in Atlanta, GA. I am also looking for a contractor in those areas, someone who has done some work and will allow me to look at their previous jobs. 

Specifically looking for multifamily homes that I will pay cash for and finance the rehab portion.
