Renting to a Construction Company

I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental near Austin, TX for rent. I had a company inquire today asking if I'd be willing to rent to them for their workers who will have projects in the area. The company looks legit and professional. Has anyone had any experience doing this, and if so, anything major you do differently compared to "normal" tenants? I've read on here about people renting rooms to construction workers or renting to a group like a church. Thanks!
