Trying to evict a squatter since March in Chicago

A tenant in one of my units moved in his girlfriend without notifying me or my manager as the lease states. Then he had a restraining order because of domestic violence back in February. His girlfriend stayed in the apartment refusing to lease. I found out then, and  filed an eviction against her in March, then Covid-19 hit and the court closed. As of today the case has been postponed to multiple dates ,and January 7 is the latest one given. The tenant stopped paying since March because he is not living at the apartment. What can I do to expedite the court process in this situation ?
