Suggestions on Selling a Turnkey STR (Short Term Rental/AirBnB)

Selling my Pleasant Hill, CA (Bay Area-30 miles from SF) condo and most recently (AirBnB Short Term Rental property I ran for the last 6yrs).

Live in San Francisco, CA. Moving to FL.

It is a great Airbnb/STR listing ($10K plus yearly net).

Anyone had any success selling a turnkey STR property/tips/suggestions? Thanks!
