Trenton Real Estate Investing- Good neighborhoods?

Hi all,

I am looking to invest in Trenton, NJ as I see some great cash flowing opportunities there. Any thoughts on the investment market there? My one concern is I know there are some rougher neighborhoods with above average crime rates. What are the safest areas? I've read South Trenton, Mill Hill, and Chambersburg are good, is this right? Are there other neighborhoods to keep in mind? Any insight from those who have invested there or are familiar with the area would be highly appreciated!
