Lansing, MI Area - Rental Property

This is my first post! I currently live in DeWitt, MI and my family and I are looking to move into  a bigger house. I would like to keep my current home as a rental. 3 bed, 1.5 bath, great schools. I can’t find any other Single Family houses for rent in Dewitt right now. I’m waiting to hear back from a property management company, but was hoping there were some realtors/investors on here that may have experience in the area. I’m not sure what I should be listing the property for rent for. I appreciate any help!
