Mobile home park title

I live in SC own my mobile home but rent my land, after living here for 15 years the Manager has asked for a copy of my title. Do I have to give them a copy? Could they not take that copy and have my home transferred into their name?

It was bad enough they started charging a pet fee for damages. And I asked to what I own the Home and it's inside dog. I pay for the upkeep of the yard trees and bushes. They do nothing for lot.
