Hiring a Property/Maintenance Manager in Kansas City Metro Area

I am looking to hire a property/maintenance manager in the Kansas City Metro Area to help me manage a portfolio of single family homes. I am an out of state investor and can handle all of the back office, which includes management of the PM software, rent collections, and all financial tasks (accounting/bookkeeping/etc).

What I need is a person in-market who can be my point of contact in case anything needs to get done physically in Kansas City. The ideal candidate is a person with handyman experience that can solve basic maintenance issues. This person would be paid a flat monthly fee (percentage of the PM fee) which of course will grow as the portfolio continues to grow. Additional compensation will also be provided for any maintenance work actually performed on the homes. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus but not required. This is a part time, independent contractor position.

If you are interested, please send me a private message and we can speak further. Thank you.
