I am looking to invest in Des Moines, IA and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on a good local property management company to use. I live in CA so I need to rely heavily on property management as my local adviser for purchasing and managing. Thanks.

I decided to go with RPM.  Their GM called me the same day I submitted my initial inquiry.
